How to get warranty service?
Proof of purchase is required when applying for warranty service. The original purchaser must present a sales receipt or other document proving proof of purchase. Baotree may accept gift receipts at its sole discretion. For service, please contact us online or by mail: Email | heydayvintage@outlook.com.
What is not covered by this warranty?
1.Labour exclusion
2.This warranty does not cover any costs or expenses (including electrician fees) associated with labor required to install, remove or replace the fan or any fan component.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:
1.Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect
2.Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
3.Buyer’s accidental returns
4.Returning personal items
5.Costs associated with unauthorized returns(any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
